The hotel is conveniently located in the Makati area, the price is reasonable, it is spacious, there is a mini kitchen, but the rooms are very old and battered. The soundproofing is poor, the furniture is old and dirty, the shower in the bathroom does not close and water floods everything, but the worst thing is the air conditioner right above the bed, and you can’t do without it. The pool on the roof is glazed, it is also very stuffy there, it is not an option to sunbathe or just appreciate the views, there is no access to any balcony. We did not take breakfast, but there are many cafes nearby. In general, if you need to rest before the flight, then this is a suitable option, but the air conditioner above the bed is terrible, hello sore throat and snot.
